Day 2, 3rd of May
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Guided tour of Ascoli Piceno: Cathedral, Baptistery, Picture Gallery, Historic Theatre, its main square and the Giardini del Vescovo. Ascoli piceno is the place where history, art and food passion live together and tell how beautiful italy can be.
- Time for lunch at the historical Caffè Meletti.
- Free time to visit the antique market.
- Transfer to Villa Cicchi, a holiday residence from the late 1600s. Visit of the villa and the historical garden.
- In the evening the owner Ms Maria Elena Cicchi, a passionate connoisseur of local traditional food and wines will do a show cooking followed by the dinner. The demonstration will be focused on the famous “olive ascolane” recipe.
- Back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Successively transfer and visit of Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi. Perched on the top of a steep, crumbling rock formation in the Calanchi Valley, is located between Rome and Orvieto. Departure to Bolsena. Check in and accommodation at Hotel Royal****.
- Transfer by walk from the hotel to Palace Vesconte, an historic 16th century house owned by Counts Cozza Caposavi and located in the square in the historic center of Bolsena.

Currently flaminia’s daughter Valeria is operating the house as well in a continuous renewal of the farm and the products.

This sacred wood, also known as “parco dei mostri” (Park of the monsters”), is a monumental area on the slopes of a natural amphitheater, in the province of viterbo. It was designed in 1552, at the behest of Prince pier Francesco orsini who tasked architect pirro ligorio with the creation of a labyrinth of symbols in the estate of bomarzo. He wanted to get himself lost wandering among gigantic statues carved in stones, representing monstrous creatures. The italian gardens in the wood are built with a geometric and prospective basis, with ornaments like large terraces, fountains, and mannerist sculptures.
